Service is provided by SecuLife® SmartWatch SIM. SecuLife® offers its service plans through subscription plan which auto-renew every 30 days. Service plan begins as soon as you activate your SIM card service. You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, three days prior to your anniversary date, your payment card on file will be charged for the current month service and your account will be updated, until you cancel. SecuLife® offers its service plans with overages auto refill, for your convenience, this way you will never run out of minutes, text, or data mid-month! a $5 cash card will be automatically added to your account to cover for overages and avoid service interruption. As a benefit to our customer, your Cash Card remaining balance automatically rolls over month to month! Any unused funds from your Cash Card will be available during the next billing cycle for applicable plans. Cash Card sales are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. A credit card or debit card is required to activate your SecuLife® service plan. This is a non-contract service; plan renewal subscription cancellation and or overages auto refill cancellation requests can be made any time by contacting customer support.
Order Cancellation Policy
We will not accept order cancellations after 90-days the order has been placed.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been shipped, SecuLife® will not accept refund or return requests after 90-days the service been activated. If your Device is defective under our Warranty Policy. Customers must bear all costs for shipment returns to SecuLife®. Upon receiving the Device from the customer, SecuLife® will examine the Device and determine whether the Warranty Claim qualifies for free replacement, paid replacement, free repair, or paid repair. SecuLife® retains the right to reject any Warranty Claim requests for Devices that are not considered defective and/ or not covered under our Warranty Policy. If you wish to return your SecuLife® Watch, you may do so within 90 days of receiving the device or 90-days from initiating the service plan, at your own cost. To request a return authorization, please submit a refund request online, we can only refund the cost of the device itself.
Service Plan refund will only be granted when you have consumed at most 30 minutes, 30 SMS or 30 MB of DATA of the initial service plan only within 7-days . If you do not contact us to cancel the service plan within the 7-day period, or if you consume more than 30 minutes, 30 texts or 30MB of data, your purchase will be considered buyer's remorse and you will no longer qualify for a refund. Mobile Wallet sales are final and are not refundable/transferable.
By using the Site, Service and/or Device, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Under no circumstances will SecuLife® be liable in any way for any Content (e.g., Global Positioning Data received from your use of our Service or Device) or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, submitted or otherwise made available via the Site and/or the Service.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER OR ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OF SERVICES RELATED TO USE OF THE DEVICE OR SERVICE, FOR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH YOUR DEVICE, LACK OF PRIVACY OR SECURITY EXPERIENCED WHEN USING THE DEVICE, EQUIPMENT FAILURE OR MODIFICATION, OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS (INCLUDING THIRD PARTY HACKERS OR DENIAL OF SERVICE ATTACKS). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR SERVICE OUTAGES, NOR FOR SERVICE LIMITATIONS OR INTERRUPTIONS, AS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH 1.C ABOVE. Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary in these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice, without liability to you and in our sole discretion, to terminate any of your rights under these Terms (including, but not limited to, your right to use the Service) and to block or prevent your access to and use of the Service for any or no reason.
Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary in these Terms, SecuLife® may choose to electronically deliver all communications with you, which may include: (i) email to your email address indicated in your communications with SecuLife® or upon registration with the Service; or (ii) posting messages that are displayed to you when you log in to or access the Service. SecuLife®’s electronic communications to you may transmit or convey information about action taken on your request, portions of your request that may be incomplete or require additional explanation, any notices with respect to modifications to these Terms, any notices required under applicable law and any other notices. You agree to do business electronically with SecuLife®, and to receive electronically all current and future notices, disclosures, communications and information, and that the aforementioned provided electronically satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. An electronic notice will be deemed to have been received the day of receipt as evidenced by such email.
Updates to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change or modify any provisions of these Terms and any policies or guidelines governing your use of the Service or Device, at any time in our sole discretion and without liability. Any such changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of revisions on the Site or other effective means of communications in our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of such changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance thereof. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and all applicable policies or guidelines on the Site in order to understand the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Service. If you do not agree to any changes or modifications to these Terms or to any applicable policies or guidelines, your sole recourse is to stop using the Service.
Agreement of Purchase

- share non-personal or de-identified information with any number of parties, including analytics companies, technology providers and other business partners
- combine it with data from other sources outside of your use of the SecuLife® Service, such as data obtained from wi-fi access points within range of your Device.
Auto deletion of data:
We may automatically delete data from a Device or from the SecuLife® App in connection with a returned or terminated account or device, or as necessary to protect against unauthorized access to the data.
Security: The security of your information is very important to us. We take commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information (including, preventing the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your personal information). Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable. If you use a password on the SecuLife® Service, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Personal information from children: By providing the Device to a child or special needs person, you represent and warrant to SecuLife® that you are authorized by such child’s and/or or special needs person’s parent or guardian to enable and permit SecuLife® to operate the SecuLife® Service and collect and use the information from the child and/or or special needs person as stated herein.

- Use manufacturer-approved accessories and supplies. CAUTION – ELECTIRCAL OPERATED PRODUCT
- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children or special needs person or pets to play with the watch unless the person or the kid is properly trained on how to use it. The product contains small components that can be a choking hazard. Do not drop or cause an impact to the device. Prevent the multipurpose jack from contact with conductive materials, such as liquids, dust, metal powders, and pencil leads. Do not store your device in very hot or very cold areas. It is recommended to use your device at temperatures from 5 °C to 35 °C.
- Do not store your device near or in heaters, microwaves, hot cooking equipment, or high-pressure containers.
- Do not use your device while it is charging or touch your device with wet hands.
- The product and the USB cable should be periodically examined for conditions that may result in the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons and that, in such an event, the USB cable should not be used until properly repaired. Do not use your device outdoor during a thunderstorm. Turn off the device in potentially explosive environments.
- During initial SET-UP of the watch, Google Play Services will ask your permission to check your location. Without Google Play Services, geolocation function won’t work properly. Please make sure you confirm Google Play Services permission. If you accidentally have denied Google Play Services, just restart the watch to make this window appear again. Comply with all safety warnings and regulations regarding mobile device usage while operating a vehicle. Do not use the device if it is broken or gets very hot and contact customer support.
- If there is any discomfort or irritation during use, please remove device immediately. Do not attempt to clean device with water.
- Do not bathe, shower, or swim with device. Do not submerge device in water. Avoid direct contact with rain or running water when washing hands.
- Do not bite or suck the device or the battery. Children or animals can choke on small parts. If children use the device, make sure that they use the device properly.
- Precautions should be observed during handling and use to prevent electrical shock. Adult supervision is recommended.
- To prevent overheating, the video-calling function is limited to 3-minute duration. Timeout between video-calling should be not less than 5 minutes. In case of emergency, video-calling can be initiated from the app by entering a confirmation code.

- Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the unit.
- Any changes or modifications to your device can void your manufacturer’s warranty. If your device needs servicing, contact customer support.
- Do not disassemble or puncture the battery, as this can cause explosion or fire.
- Do not paint or put stickers on your device. Paint and stickers can clog moving parts and prevent proper operation.
- If you are allergic to parts of the device, you may experience itching, eczema, or swelling of the skin. When this happens, stop using the device and consult your physician.
- Allow only qualified personnel to service your device. Allowing unqualified personnel to service your device may result in damage to your device and will void your manufacturer’s warranty.

WHAT WE PROMISE?
SecuLife® Inc (“SecuLife®”) Promise that our customer service and support will do the best at their end with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement or return.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
SecuLife® Inc (“SecuLife®”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) of the hardware with which this Limited Warranty is included (“Hardware”) that the Hardware will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use (“Defects”) and service for a lifetime period from the date that the Hardware was first purchased and the service plan activated by you (“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period the Hardware will be repaired or replaced at SecuLife® choice (“Limited Warranty”) without charge to you for either parts or labor. This Limited Warranty covers the replacement of the Hardware only. If the Hardware is repaired after the Warranty Period has expired, the Warranty Period for the repair will expire three (3) months after the date of repair. The customer should still pay for shipping costs. This warranty is valid only for customers purchasing from our online marketplace stores. Customers who purchased the Device from other resellers or retailers should contact the respective seller for their warranty policy and procedures.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, does not apply when the Hardware is opened or repaired by someone not authorized by SecuLife® Inc and does not cover repair or replacement of any Hardware or part thereof damaged by: misuse, moisture, liquids, proximity or exposure to heat and accident, abuse, non-compliance with the instructions supplied with the Hardware, neglect or misapplication. The Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the Hardware such as screen crack, water damage, broken band or physical damage of the equipment. This Limited Warranty does not cover any software that may accompany or be installed on the Hardware. The Limited Warranty does not cover the installation, removal or maintenance of the Hardware or any costs related herewith. This Limited Warranty does not cover customers who purchased the Device from other resellers or retailers should contact the respective seller for their warranty policy and procedures. This limited warranty does not cover Battery, USB charger, and LCD screen. The Device is equipped with a battery whose number of charging cycles is limited. Thus, the battery life will gradually decrease. SecuLife® does not guarantee any specific battery life, as it is contingent on variables that SecuLife® cannot control such as the frequency of charge/discharge cycles. SecuLife® does not guarantee the improper use of the USB charger with non-compliant power sources rendering the charge time and efficiency to vary. SecuLife® does not guarantee the LCD screen of the Device against accidental or non- accidental damages such as crack, scratch, moisture, etc. SecuLife® reserves the right to reject any parcel with packaging defects. An improper packaging can be the cause of damages to the Device to which SecuLife® cannot be held responsible.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Please go RETURN AND REFUND POLICY, follow the instruction for the claim. In order to make a claim of a Defect, you must contact SecuLife® during the Warranty Period. You must return the Hardware during the Warranty Period, along with your purchase order/receipt copy and an explanation of the Defect, to the address provided to you by SecuLife®. If a defect arises and a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received by SecuLife®. after the first one hundred and eighty (180) days of the Warranty Period, SecuLife® is entitled to charge you for any reasonable shipping and handling costs made in connection with the repair or replacement of the Hardware. You must comply with any other return procedures stipulated by SecuLife®, if any. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for service under this warranty. The customer shall bear the costs for the shipment to SecuLife® and must provide a tracking number to support@SecuLife®.com once the parcel is shipped. The shipping fees will not be refunded in any case. Upon receiving the Device, SecuLife® will examine the Device and determine whether the Warranty Claim is qualified. The customer will be responsible to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Device. Additional terms and conditions:- Returned Device must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.- Returned Device must be sent in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection.- Customers are responsible for shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Device while in transit to SecuLife®. We recommend that you use a tracking service for your protection.- If you return your Device to SecuLife® (a) without an RMA or (b) without all parts included in the original package, SecuLife® retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you for the missing parts and/or accessories.- The warranty only covers manufacturer’s defect.- To qualify for the warranty the customer needs to provide the original purchase receipt or receipt number, watch serial or IMEI number or registration number.- The watch strap/bracelet falls under the category ‘accessories’ & thus not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.- The warranty is not transferable to someone else than the original purchaser.- The warranty is valid in The US only - Caution: Device is NOT waterproof. Any water/humidity damage is NOT covered under warranty
HARDWARE REPLACEMENT FEES
For all Hardware defects, SecuLife® Inc. will adopt Return for Replacement instead of Return for Repair.
SecuLife® offers a free replacement within a calendar year for its SOS Wristband device.
If the Defects are not covered by the Limited Warranty and your purchase is still under the Warranty Period, you will only need to pay a discounted price of $50 to get a replacement for a device. (You must return and ship the Defect Hardware to the address provided to you at your costs.) NOTE: Make sure you pack the product securely and include a copy of your proof of purchase/receipt. Ensure the RMA number for the return is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging as well as on the copy of the proof of purchase included inside the box. Ensure your shipping address is on the copy of the proof of purchase included inside the box.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction. If any part of this Limited Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Limited Warranty shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect. This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications. Except for the Limited Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecuLife® and its suppliers provide the Hardware “AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS”, and hereby disclaim all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of: merchantability, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, system integration, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability or availability, accuracy or completeness of responses, results, workmanlike effort, lack of viruses, and reasonable care and skill, all with regard to the Hardware, and the provision of or failure to provide support or other services, information, software, and related content through the Hardware or otherwise arising out of the use of the Hardware. This exclusion does not apply to (i) any implied condition as to title and (ii) any implied warranty as to conformity with description. If applicable law requires any implied warranties with respect to the Hardware, all such warranties are limited in duration to ninety (90) days. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred to any other person.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither SecuLife® nor its suppliers shall be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including in each case, but not limited to, damages for the inability to use the equipment or access data, loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Hardware even if SecuLife® has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract or anything else), the entire liability of SecuLife® and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Hardware. Notwithstanding the above, neither party’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence shall be limited. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY SERVICE AND COVERAGE WARRANTIESWE MAKE NO EXPRESS WARRANTY REGARDING THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY THIRD PARTIES, AND DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY ON OUR BEHALF AND YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON ANY SUCH STATEMENT. WE ARE NOT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEVICE AND ANY STATEMENT REGARDING IT SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS A WARRANTY. THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

The end-user is responsible for setting up the equipment, selecting the alert settings and other offered features, designating contact information, charging the device, monitoring the device, appropriate care of the equipment, and management and responding to any and all alert types that have been pre-selected by the end-user.
SecuLife and its affiliates are not responsible in any way for the frequency of the setting types, including but not limited to the number of times the notifications or GPS settings are updated or reported. Also, we are not responsible for the device connectivity where there is no cellular, wifi, or weak signal strength.
We cannot be held responsible for the equipment's misuse or the failure of equipment use. The end-user has sole control over the functionality and use of equipment, alerts, response times, and remaining cognizant of the limitations due to factors affecting the equipment, app, SMS, email, and the web-based monitoring features. The end-user is solely responsible for the plan required to operate the device, i.e., hardware. If the end-user fails to maintain the necessary cellular plan to use the device, this will cause the device to be inoperable. Reinstating the plan does not guarantee it will be available immediately and may require time to activate the service once again. Additionally, wifi and other systems' performance or access are also not the responsibility of SecuLife and are the sole responsibility of the end-user.
In consideration for the perversion of the equipment and service, you acknowledge and agree that we do not represent or warrant that the equipment or service will prevent bodily injury, damage, loss of any kind, death to the user or other users of the hardware equipment, software, service, mobile app, web-based monitoring.
We make no representation or warranty regarding the promptness of the device signals, alerts accuracy of location, call performance, or any other stated features or functions. SecuLife has no control over the response time of the end-user or those who receive the alerts or calls. The user of the equipment and services and the persons selected by the end-user and assigned to be contacted by alert, notification, or call can fail to function or perform properly.
You agree not to hold SecuLife and its affiliates liable as outlined within this agreement.
You also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining any or all needed or required support or protection equipment or services to provide the highest level of protection desired or required for all scenarios; Including but not limited to insurance for the protection of yourself and your valuables.
The end-user is also encouraged and responsible for utilizing all resources in an emergency, such as contacting 911 or other emergency support services.
The consumer who chooses to use the equipment hardware we provide, and our services, fully understand all liability limitations.
SecuLife and its affiliates do not assume responsibility for service plans used with other companies' equipment.
The end-user is aware that the equipment and service do not contact or automatically connect with emergency response service support such as paramedics, fire departments, or police. Additionally, we do not provide services other than those clearly outlined in our Service Features section of this site and related to the consumers' selected product, equipment, and service plan.
Additional System and Signal Transmission Limitations are described and you, the end-user, acknowledge that you have read and understood all details and limitations related within.
LIMITED LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND OBLIGATION:
Our liability is limited to the cost of the replacement or refund of the equipment or service if you or someone else experienced an issue caused by "Us" SecuLife or its affiliates; this includes a system or equipment failure or if we were negligent or acted improperly.
All Terms and Conditions set forth on our proprietary sites, documentation, or related through other forms of communication received directly from SecuLife, its affiliates, or as a part of our agreement with you, the end-user. The person who is designated as end-user is the person who has read these terms of service and agreed to them.
Any person who is not recognized as the end-user of the equipment and/or services will not use any device/service plan associated with the purchase or agreement.
When purchasing and activating equipment, services, and commencing use, the end-user acknowledges and has agreed to all the terms outlined within.
